Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities. Follow up with selected candidates till joining. Coordinate with admin and payroll for smooth onboarding. Maintain recruitment MIS and submit weekly reports. Assist in internal HR tasks when required (e.g., attendance tracking, staff queries). Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in blue-collar hiring is a plus). Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Familiar with job portals, local hiring platforms, and social media hiring. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Virar.
